About Fusion.
At Fusion, we teach Pedro Sauer / Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Forest City, Rutherford County, North Carolina. We’re a Pedro Sauer Association affiliate.
We follow the association’s progressive curriculum, with a focus on self-defense and fundamentals. We practice technique over strength: using position, timing, and leverage to make a technique work.

Pedro Sauer
Association
Master Pedro Sauer is an eighth-degree coral belt who trained directly with Hélio Gracie and Rickson Gracie. His teaching emphasizes mechanics, precision, and leverage.
The association provides a progressive curriculum covering self-defense and training from white belt through black belt.

No. Beginners are welcome. We’ll explain the movements and work through the basics with you.
What should I bring?
Bring water. If you have a gi, bring it. Otherwise, comfortable workout clothes are fine.
What ages can join the teen classes?
The teen program is for ages 12 and up. All classes meet Monday–Thursday, 6:00–7:00 PM. Get in touch to arrange a first visit.
